I am writing a charter for a new government. Membership will be voluntary. All the steps and offices to implement the constition will be written out as steps within the constitution itself. Once I have completed what I deem to be a workable charter I will appoint a few interim officials, to run the organization until enough members are recruited to hold an election and replace the appointed officials with elected officials. The purpose of the new government is to enforce respect for specific basic human rights, as a result all statutes of limitation and the principle of no post defacto laws have been replaced by a principle of no acceptance of violation of specific enumerated fundamental rights, that it on the other hand has been made almost impossible to change within the chartered organization itself. The principle of no post defacto laws is still applied to all bylaws, and all future changes in the basic rights. Thus after the initial post defacto effect of the basic human rights, the charter is from then on granting the safety against changing laws that the principle of no post defacto laws traditionally have offered. Basically I am setting up an organization to establish constitutional protection for specific universal unalienable rights, rather than to enforce different rights at different times, and I making a stand for the principle that certain basic human rights override all government violations of the same rights. The above approach is the only way I see to get redress against police states that have used their own laws to legalize rights violations and that are hiding from justice behind the principle of no post defacto laws. My attempt is to create a more rights respecting legal system, and then select to hear still more cases where rights have not been respected in less rights respecting courts. Once a case has been heard by one of my chartered organizations, the principle of no double jeopardy will then be applied within its legal system. I aim at creating a legal system that people can come to and get redress when their rights have been violated, and so that joining my organization will be a means to get respect for rights. Rather than writing just one charter I will be presenting still more complex charters, that enumerate still more rights but otherwise are compatible with one another. The only difference between one of my charters and any previous charter by me, is the number of rights enumerated. When adding more rights I try not to contradict earlier enumerated rights, but only to be more specific. I will first be using the charters to attract voluntary members, and then be using the chartered organizations to establish new governments first as floating city states in international waters, and then as freeports around the world. My hope is to by popular demand spread the support for individual autonomy, entrepreneurial liberty and private property, so that still more nations will see themselves best served by respecting and enforcing these rights. My overall goal is personal life extension, but government officials have repeatedly twarted my most life extending ventures, and rather than continue to create value in an environment where I am punished for my value creation and where the latter is routinely and forcefully outlawed, threatened, prevented, confiscated and destroyed, I have found no other viable solution, than to institute a new government and enforce respect for individual life, entrepreneurial liberty and private property so that I safely can organize my most life extending ventures. Attached is a sample of my Libertarian charter to constitutionally protect entrepreneurial liberty. The electronic charter is continuously being upgraded and can be subscribed to for $20 per year. The first draft is meant as an object for review, discussion and further improvements. Contact the author TrygveB@Powertech.No for permission to reproduce or quote this article or any part of it.) 1-PREAMBLE I hold these truths to be verifiable that all human beings are equally endowed with certain universal unalienable rights, and that among these rights the highest and most basic right, is the right to pursue for oneself in this order of priority: happiness furthermost into the future, of the highest kind and the most consistently in between, by means of one's own life, in entrepreneurial liberty through the pursuit of private property and among equally free men and women, everywhere. I hold that other implied universal unalienable rights include but are not limited to the following: .2-FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS. Each human being has the right to all fundamental rights implied in the basic right. Each human being has the right to individual autonomy, entrepreneurial liberty and the pursuit of private property, and to be safe in these rights at all times, everywhere. .22-INDIVIDUAL AUTONOMY. Each human being has the right to itself, its own life, body, energy and time. Each human being has the right to its own individual autonomy. Each human being has the right to be autonomous in itself. Each human being has the right to own itself. Each human being has the same universal unalienable rights from the time it is conceived and to the time all its cell's are dead, and without regard to where or by whom it was conceived or born, and independent of whether it is young or old, sick or healthy, weak or strong, unborn or in suspended animation. Each human being has the right to not have any of its rights violated. Each human being has the right to exercise any one of its rights as soon as it invokes the latter, and the right to not have any of its rights violated even when it doesn't exercise or invoke these. Each human being has the right not to be killed. Each human being has the right not to be killed even in situations where it is unable to invoke any rights itself. Each mother has otherwise the right to exercise its offspring's rights on the latter's behalf until the latter invokes the right to exercise its own rights. Each father has otherwise, in the absence of any mother, the right to exercise its offspring's rights on the latter's behalf until the latter invokes the right to exercise its own rights. Each human being has the right to by mutual consent with another human being, create a prenuptial agreement as to who is to be in charge of raising any offspring until the latter declares itself emancipated. Each human being has the right to hire someone else (by mutual consent with the latter,) to be a guardian or trustee and to exercise its rights for it under specifically defined circumstances, or until the guarded individual goes to court, reinvokes the right to take care of itself, and shows that it is capable of taking care of itself. Each human being has the right to create a government that steps in as the guardian of any human being who is unable to invoke its own rights, and who doesn't have any parent or guardian hired by itself, or who's parents or guardian threatens its life or rights,- as long as the government's actions does not kill or otherwise violate any right of any individual and herein does not cost any individual anything that the latter isn't volunteering to pay. .23-FIRST CLAIMS AND PATENTS: THE FOUNDATION OF PROPERTY RIGHTS Each human being has the right to what it is the first to claim, and to what it has arrived at by means of honest trade with whoever rightfully was the previous owner. Each human being has the right to such space, items and ideas that it has been the first to claim possession of or that it has achieved possession of by the oldest unbroken series of honest transactions, and while the specific property rights derived are tradeable, the right to pursue property is universal and unalienable. Each human being has the right to have all volumes and wave lengths, treated as unclaimed until first defined and claimed by some individual as the latter's private property, and from then on the right to have it treated as the private property of the first claimant or any ensuing owner that has later achieved possession of it by the oldest unbroken series of honest transactions. Each human being has the right to patent, trademark and copyright anything it is the first to create or enclose with its marks, less any element that already has been patented, trade marked, copyrighted, created or tagged and claimed by someone else. Each human being has the right to patent volumes and creations; trademark innovative names, logos and catch phrases; and copyright any genuinely new idea or way of combining and presenting ideas, with the initial proof of evidence of it being a genuine claim or creation, resting on the claimstaker as to patents and trademarks, and no initial proof being needed to copyright anything but instead the proof of evidence of it not being a genuine creation resting on any plaintiff as to copyrights. Each human being has the right to create a government that maintains an archive of patents, trademarks and copyrighted ideas that individuals then can search as the way of proving that something has not yet been patented or trademarked and thus until otherwise disproved, is to be regarded as something not earlier created by anyone else and thus as the first occurance of a genuine, unpublished creation and a new patent; or as one way of proving that something already has been copyrighted and that a later copyright claim or use thus is invalid. Each human being has the right to patent, trademark and copyright individual rights formulations, that are formulated for the first time, as these are not natural discoveries but creative integrations that one rationally calculate to be worth respecting. Each human being has the right to resell any patent, trade mark or copyright, with these continuing to exist under any new owner and so that if anyone who at some point owns the oldest unbroken claim to it, then deliberately terminates the patent, trademark or copyright, the item in question is then automatically released back to the unclaimed domain, also called the public domain, until claimed by someone else, with whoever has the oldest alternative claim to patent, trademark, copyright or othwerwise own it, gaining such ownership. Each human being has the right to set conditions for the copying and use of what it owns the patent, trade mark or copyright for, but so that the copying and use conditions for any one copy is set when the individual copy is released, published or sold. Each human being has the right to create a government that gathers and auctions off to individual owners as a patent, trademark, copyright or as a plain possession, any volume, wave length, item, creation and idea, the ownership or use of which is not presently claimed by anyone. PRIVATIZATION OF ANY VOLUME, WAVELENGTH AND INNOVATION Each human being has the right to create a government that by auction tries to establish a private patent owner for any volume, man made wavelength or human creation that isn't already owned as a private patent but that would have been patentable if it was tagged or created for the first time. .24-ABSENCE OF DUTIES/FREEDOM FROM ANY DUTY. Each human being has the right to be free of duties imposed without its own consent. Each human being has the right not to be born in duty, nor bound in duty without it's own consent. .242-FREEDOM FROM OBLIGATORY EDUCATION Each human being has the right to not receive or attend any form of schooling without its own consent, and the right to the complete absence of any obligatory schooling. .243-FREEDOM FROM ANY DRAFT Each human being has the right not to be drafted, the right to prosecute and jail for life in prison without parole anyone who ever drafted or aided or abetted in the drafting of anyone else, and the right to sue in court and win redress in the form of full rights respect, full compensation, tripple punitive damages, attorneys' fees and cost. .244-FREEDOM FROM PUBLIC SERVICE Each human being has the right not to be ordered to perform any public service, and the right to not perform any public service. .245-FREEDOM FROM SLAVERY Each human being has the right not to be enslaved. .246-FREEDOM FROM TAXES AND FROM BEING TAXED Each human being has the right not to be taxed. Each human being has the right to exercise all its rights at all times, anywhere, without being taxed and without having any of its rights abridged as a result of not paying any tax or compared to what rights it would have had respect for if it had paid any tax. Each human being has the right to not pay any income tax, sales tax, value added tax, property tax, import or export tax or any other tax; however, each time and for as long as an individual itself explicitly asks for or orders a specific government service, that individual will still have to pay a fee covering the cost of the particular service it has requested. Each human being has the right to select what government services it will pay for and the right not to be charged for any package deal that includes more services than it itself specifically has ordered. Each human being has the right to not collect taxes. .247-FREEDOM FROM LICENSING AND REGISTRATIONS. Each human being has the right to be undocumented, unregistered, and unlicensed. Each human being has the right not to fill out any government form, without therefore losing any right. Each human being has the right not to register as a citizen without therefore losing any right or without therefore getting respect for fewer rights than any citizen. Each human being has the right to register to vote in any government election, just by giving one's finger prints without at the same time giving any name or any other information, and the right to vote by showing finger prints without showing any other information, and the right to vote in such a way that makes it impossible to vote twice in the same election and impossible to match finger prints and the actual vote. Each human being has the right to perform any work without a licence as long as the work only involves such items, ideas and routines that either no one owns or the owner of which has approved the use and involvment of. ********The above is O.K., read and edit the following:***** .248-FREEDOM FROM REPORTING/A RIGHT TO PRIVACY. Each human being has the right to not report or display any information including its economic transactions or other actions, to anyone -government or other- that it choses not to report it to; though anyone who become a government official by accepting hired or elected office, each lose the right to such privacy as a function of holding public office and while holding the latter; and anyone can freely gather information from non copyrighted actions, displays and sources that are within view and can be seen or recorded without entering on any property or opening any item without the owners ongoing permission, or can be seen or recorded without placing any listening, recording or transmitting device on any property or item without the owners ongoing permission. Each human being has the right to immediately free itself of any duty by unilaterally making a statement to that effect, and without losing anything but such collateral of derived property rights that it already has agreed to offer as security against throwing off the duties in question. .249-FREEDOM FROM ANY OBLIGATORY HEALTH CARE Each human being has the right not to be medicated, and to not have its liberty or respect for any of its rights made dependent upon that it accepts medication. Each human being has the right to refuse any medical treatment, without therefore having to surrender any of its rights or losing any of its rights, as long as it still survives. QUARANTINES Each human being has the right when harbouring a dangerous and contagious disease, to not be forcefully quarantined, as long as it does not deliberately perform any action that infects others. Each human being has the right not to be quarantined but as part of a sentence for having violated a specific right of a specific individual at a specific time and place, a right that was on the books as a right in the jurisdiction and at the time it was violated, or the violation of which constituted a systematic crime against humanity. FREEDOM FROM THE DUTY TO FEED OTHERS Each human being has the right not to act: herein the right not to assist, and not to feed another human being that as a result then dies, but noone has a right to act in a rightsviolating way or to physically poison another human being, physically tear it apart, physically entrap it or physically and deliberately take any action that causes another human being to die, starve to death or suffocate to death, that without the action otherwise would have survived. ABORTION Each human being carrying unborn offspring, has the right to abort the latter as long as this is done by accident, by naturally occuring premature birth, induced in such a way as to prevent the embryo from attaching itself to its mother, or induced in such a way as to replicate a naturally occuring premature live birth, however no one has the right to deliberately poison an unborn embryo or to deliberately tear the latter apart, and if the mother selects to prevent an embryo from attaching itself, or selects too induce a premature live birth with the intent of abandoning the baby, she is then encouraged to turn the embryo or baby over to any volunteer individual or government that offers to claim guardianship of the aborted individual, and that offers at its own cost to try to keep this alive or to retrieve, store, revive and then keep this alive until the offspring can claim its own rights. Each human being has the right to volunteer to be the legal guardian of any other individual that is unable to invoke its own rights and that does not have a legal guardian or who's present legal guardian clearly is killing it or clearly is incapeable of preventing it from being killed; and each human being has the right to prosecute or to have its government prosecute whoever has planned, attempted or committed any such or any other deliberate killing of a human being. Each human being carrying an offspring has the right to deliberately abort and abandon the latter, as long as the offspring is secreted before it attaches itself to its mother, or the baby is born alive and the embiblical cord is not cut until any volunteer guardian or the latter's government has got a chance to put it on an alternate life support system, at no cost to anyone who has not voluntarily paid for this. Each human being has the right not to be prosecuted for deliberately preventing an embryoe from attaching itself to it, or for deliberately inducing a live birth and then not cutting the imbiblical cord, until after giving any volunteer guardian of the fetus or the latter's government a chance to establish an alternative life support system. Each human being has the right to morally condemn anyone who selects to abort its offspring after the latter has attached itself. Each human being has the right to clone itself or its offspring and to abort any one of the clones in order to better improve the longrun survival of any other of the identical clones. Each human being has the right to by mutual consent with a donor of the opposite sex, conceive outside the womb, clone its offspring at the embryo stage, freeze, thaw and implant any of the clones by techniques that do not kill the embryo, abort any of the clones at an early stage, harvest its tissues and cultivate and freeze these for future use by the clone that was permitted to grow up, as long as at least one of the clones is carried the full term forth to a live birth and thus given a chance to grow up. GUARDIANSHIP Each human being has the right to volunteer to take over the guardianship of any other individual who is incapeable of invoking its own rights, and each human beeing can go to court and take over guardianship by proving that it wants to take over the guardianship and that it is better capable of keeping the incapacitated human being alive than its present guardians are. Each human being has the right to treat the guardianship of any other human being as a voluntary public office that thus is open to public scrutiny and not shielded by any privacy. Each human being has the right to at its own cost monitor, and demand and receive full openness with regard to all actions taken by anyone who has voluntarily taken on the guardianship of any other human being, as these relate to the human being that is being guarded. Each human being has the right to create a government that monitors how guardians manage those they are the guardians for. THE RIGHT TO BY CONTRACT ASSURE THAT ONE'S MEDICAL CARETAKERS ARE NOT IN ANY WAY INVOLVED IN ANY FORM OF AUTHANASIA ANYTIME ANYWHERE. Each human being has the right to contract by mutual consent with any other human being that the latter will not assist anyone in any kind of assisted induced death or autanasia while one is in the latter's care, or for the duration of the contract, whatever lasts the longest, and to legally hold the latter to this, and to win or have its heirs win full compensation, tripple damages, attorney's fees and cost if there ever is proven that the contract has been violated. .25-TRAVEL. Each human being has the right of way, to travel freely at its own cost along the borders of, and across any property unless the latter's owner has provided a public thoroughfare or any other public right of way exist for reaching all the surrounding properties and all inholdings. Each human being has the right to travel freely at one's own cost along any public right-of-way, anywhere. Each human being has the right to travel freely, unlicensed, undocumented and unsearched, without having to pay customs or taxes, and without requesting or receiving anyone's prior approval, but otherwise at one's own cost including any flat rate user fees, and to do so, along any established public right-of-way. Each human being has the right to travel freely along any public right-of-way, as long as one doesn't shed or leave behind unsightly or harmful physical pollution upon any property against the will of the latter's owner. Each human being has the right to approach and knock on anyone's front door. Each human being has the right when asked to leave a property, to calmly gather one's own posessions off of that property, before leaving. Each human being trapped inside someone elses property has the right to try to make its way out with the least possible damage to the property. Each human being has the right to enter and rescue anyone trapped inside any property, with the least possible damage to the latter, as long as the detainee is not detained and serving a sentenced as a result of having been convicted by a jury of its peers and in accordance with the highest rights respect and standards of due process, of having violated a specific right of a specific individual at a specific time and location. Each human being has the right to drive any vehicle and tool that it either owns itself or has the owners permission to drive and the right to do so without a drivers licence, without licence plates, without insurance and independent of what condition the vehicle and the driver might be in, however no one is permitted to trespass upon or pollute anyone's body or other property without the latter's approval, anyone causing an accident is liable for all damage, full compensation, tripple damages, attorney's fees and costs anyone who caused an accident by being negligent when it comes to the vehicle's condition, and one's own driving, is also liable to be jailed in accordance with local law, and prudence dictates that one buys a safe vehicle, maintains it properly, learns to drive before driving, drives carefully and doesn't drive while drunk. Each human being has the right to set stricter driving restrictions on its own property, but not on any public right of way. Each human being offering insurance policies has the right to set any set of conditions it wants to set including a drivers licence and licence plates as a condition for insuring any driver. .26-TRADE. Each human being has the right to freedom of trade. Each human being has the right to trade freely by mutual consent with anyone else and without any interference by any third party, as long as the traded item fully belonged to the person who traded it (and no specific right off any specific individual is being violated.) .27-CONTRACT Each human being has the right to freedom of contract. Each human being has the right to contract freely by mutual consent without the interference of any third party, (but not the right to agree to violate rights, nor the right to actually violate any right in practical action.) Each human being has the right to freedom of contract and to trade and contract freely by mutual consent and without any interference of any third party, as long as the contract doesn't constitute or call for any violation of anyone's rights, and with the burden of proof resting on any plaintiff. Each human being has the right at any time immediately upon bilateral or unilateral notification of such intent, to terminate such contracts that it is a party to, and without further loss than such collateral of derived property rights that it had already agreed upon losing by such termination. .28-USE OF ONE'S OWN PROPERTY Each human being has the right to full control over and use of any property that for honest and rights respecting reasons has come to be its own. Each human being has the right to full control over and use of any property that it has come to own as the result of its own and others' honest rights respecting exercise (of rights,) each of its own universal unalienable and derived tradeable rights. Each human being has the right at any time, to full control over and use of such property that it then presently owns, and the right to this at all times and without any interference by any other party, as long as no other property is being entered without right or prior permission of the latter's owner. Each human being has the right to not be deprived without its own consent, of its ownership of such property that it rightfully owns. Each human being has the right to full control of its own body, property and other possessions, including but not limited to the right to unrestrained freedom of expression, and both even while travelling on any public right of way, as long as traffic on any public right of way is not blocked and no body, possession or property that is not one's or the public right of way, is touched or used without the owners prior and ongoing consent. .282-FREEDOM FROM ALL ZONING LAWS Each human being has the right to not have its own property zoned. .283-FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION Each human being has the right to freedom of expression on its own property and with its own means, and to a government that does not make any law regarding or restricting the use of private property. Each human being has the right to freedom of every kind of expression (with its own body, on its own property and with its own possession,) including but not limited to political expression, economic expression, religious expression, and immoral expression, as long as one (and what is expressed and the process of expressing it) does not enter in upon or touch any body, property or possession (beyond what without any immediate physical harm can be sensed at a distance,) without the permission of the owner of the property, body or possesion that has been entered in upon. Each human being has the right to freedom of speech: the right to speak by means it owns, while travelling along or gathering on any public right of way. .284-FREEDOM OF RELIGION Each human being has the right to freedom of religion on such property and with such means that by honest rights respecting means have come to be its own. Each human being has the right to freedom of religion on its own property and with its own means, (but not any automatic right to receive or hold property for religious use, it still has to arrive at any property by honest means before it has any property beyond its own body, in or on which to exercise religion) Each human being has the right to stop each and any government from making any law regarding or prohibiting the establishment or exercise of religion. .285-FREEDOM OF ASSEMBLY Each human being has the right to freedom of assembly on such property and with such means that by honest rights respecting means have come to be its own. Each human being has the right to decide itself, who is to be permitted onto and to assemble on such part of its property that is not an established public right of way. Each human being has the right to assemble on any public right of way as long as it doesn't block traffic. Each human being has the right not to pay property taxes for education, local government or any other purspose what so ever. FREEDOM OF WORK AND PRODUCTION Each human being has the right to unlicenced, undocumented, unreported and untaxed: practice any profession and produce-, store- or offer for sale -any item, on such property that it owns, as long as it or what it does, does not physically enter onto any other property without the prior and ongoing consent of the owner of the latter, and no copyright, trademark or patent is being violated. Each human being has the right to diagnose, prescribe and treat any individual by mutual consent with the latter and without the need of any license or any other interference from any government or any other third party. EMERGENCY ENTRY Each human being has the right to be safe in its property so that no licence, document, report, tax emergency or other action is enough to permit anyone to enter onto any property without the owner's prior and apparent ongoing consent, with the only exception being searches and seizures in accordance with warrants issued by a judge and based on probable cause that an in the warrant specifically named rights violator or in the warrant specifically listed evidence of a rights violation, will be found. Each human being has the right not to have its property invaded by others without prior permission by the owner and independent of whether or not the trespassers are in distress or not. Each human being has the right to redress against anyone who without ongoing permission enters such parts of its property that do not constitute a public right of way, and so that anyone who thus enters such parts of a property without permission even while in distress, does so at the cost of the punishment involved in unrightful entry. FREEDOM OF LEISURE Each human being has the right to practice any action including any self destructive or morally debased action, on its own property and with its own body and its own possessions, as long as no property or body is being entered or touched without the owner's prior and ongoing permission. CRYONICS Each human being has the right when still alive, while all its cells are not yet dead, when placed in suspended animation while alive or when placed in suspended animation while not completely cell dead, to still maintain all its universal unalienable rights, and to place all its derived or property rights with a trustee with the purpose of owning, selling and reinvesting all the derived rights in whatever way best secures the longrun suspension and future reanimation of the human being. Each human being has the right while in suspended animation to maintain full ownership of the land it is stored on and the vessel or part of a vessel that it is stored in. .29-THE RIGHT TO ALL THESE RIGHTS ANYWHERE AND AT ALL TIMES Each human being has the right to all its universal unalienable rights and other rights at all times, with the only exception being some loss of private property and some restraint on travel while serving a sentence as a result of having been found guilty of violating a defined right of a specific individual at a specific time and location. Each human being has the right at all times, to full respect for all its universal unalienable rights and the right at any time to all its other rights or derived tradeable property rights that it has not voluntarily surrendered to others at the time, and have these rights in all situations, everywhere, with the exeption of some involuntary loss of private property and some involuntary restrictions on movement when serving a sentence as the punishment after having been convicted by a jury of its peers of having violated a specific right of a specific individual at a specific time and place. Each human being has the right to not have any of these rights (the rights enumerated in this charter) abridged at any time or for any reason what so ever. Each human being has the right to not have any of its rights suspended or violated in any emergency, to serve the common good, for national security reasons, or for any other reason what so ever! THE RIGHT TO COMMIT ANY VICTIMLESS ACTION. Each human being has the right to commit any victimless action. Each human being has the right to practice any victimless action, any action physically involving only such bodies and other property that the owners of, each consent to the use of. Each human being has the right to exercise any, each and all of its rights anywhere and anytime without being detained, arrested, prosecuted, sentenced or punished for this, and without having any of its rights lost or suspended. Each human being has the right not to be detained, or prosecuted for any action that did not in itself actually physically harm someone else or the latter's property, even if the action if copied by others will lead to more people being harmed, than what otherwise would be the case. Each human being has the right not to be stopped from doing anything that might likely harm anyone else, or anything that actually harms someone else without violating the latter's rights, and to only be stopped once rights violating harm has been committed or there is proof of intent to deliberately commit rights violating harm. Each human being has the right not to be prosecuted for or convicted of any action that does not constitute a specific violation of a specific right of a specific individual at a specific time and place. THE RIGHT NOT TO BE CONVICTED BUT UPON BEING GUILTY OF A RIGHTS VIOLATION: Each human being has the right not to be convicted but of any rights violating action that it is actually guilty of committing. Each human being has the right not to be found guilty of any action that it did not have any choice in. Each human being has the right not to be found guilty by or because of association with those who are. Each human being has the right not to be convicted of any rights violating action that was not deliberate or negligent, where no non rightviolating action was possible and the least rights violating action was selected, or where no guilt exists. Each human being has the right not to be denied any right nor be convicted based on his place of birth or nationality. Each human being has the right not to be detained, interrogated, prosecuted, convicted, sentenced or punished for having used the body, property or rights of someone else with the latter's approval. Each human being has the right to prosecute anyone violating any of these rights, (any of the rights enumerated in this charter) and is entitled to enforce redress against the latter in the form of rights respect, full compensation, tripple damages, attorney's fees and cost. .3-DERIVED RIGHTS Each human being has the right to derived rights, or such transferable property rights it has come by as a result of its and others' exercise each of one's own universal unalienable rights and derived rights. Each human being has the right to such transferable property rights it has come by derived by the use of universal unalienable rights and other derived rights. Each human being has the right to any tradeable derived rights or property rights he or she at any time come into posession of as a result of any individual exercising its own universal unalienable rights or derived property rights. .4-DELEGATION AND REINVOCATION OF RIGHTS Each human being has the right to delegate and to reinvoke any of its own rights or revoke any delegation of such, immediately, any time, by unilateral notification of such intent, and without losing anything but such collateral of tradeable property rights that one has already voluntarily offered as security against such delegation or reinvocation. Each human being has the right to delegate any of its own rights and also to immediately retake possession of any delegated right by unilateral declaration of such intent, and without losing anything for doing so, but any collateral of derived property rights that the individual previously voluntarily has given as security against such reinvocation of its own rights. Each human being has the right to immediately reinvoke any universal unalienable right including any fundamental right, at any time, but not the right to reinvoke any derived property right that has already been traded away. Each human being has the right to expatriate at will, or to immediately terminate its membership in any government (or nation) anytime and anywhere, by unilaterally declaring itself to no longer be a member of the latter, and the right to not have this right abridged for any reason what so ever. Each human being has the right to patriate or expatriate at will, to join any government as a full fledged voting member of the latter, or to fully quit any government, and either way without having to delegate any of its rights for so doing. Each human being has the right once it has declared itself a member of any government, to then at its own whim decide what rights to delegate to said government, when to delegate these and for how long. Each human being has the right to get full respect for any right it has not presently delegated to the government, and the right to instantly at will reinvoke any right and terminate any delegation of any right to any government, without therefore losing this right, any other right or respect for any right. Each human being has the right to get full respect for any right it is not itself presently delegating to any government or anyone else. Each human being has the right with respect to all other rights not delegated by it, to be treated the same way by any government independent of what rights it itself decides to delegate or not to delegate, and delegates or do not delegate to said government. Each human being has the right to create a government that counts among its members each individual who has voluntarily joined, and not later voluntarily terminated its own membership, and any offspring conceived by any member, from the time of conception and until such offspring itself invokes the right to terminate the membership. JOINT ACTION BY ALL BRANCHES OF THE GOVERNMENT: Each human being has the right to create a government that is rights respecting, enforces rights by rights respecting means and is financed and operated in a rights respecting way as outlined in its constitution, and so that the government continues to do so without any need of any changes, but so that any individual member easily can stop the government from making any changes that the individual member does not approve of. Each human being has the right to create a government that does what it has been doing, and maintains and repeats its budget every year unless and until any change has been approved, and where the government's operation is not dependent upon any reapproval each year in order to repete last year's budget. Each human being has the right to create a government where the house of representatives can suggest any bylaw that does not violate any constitutionally protected right, the senate can approve any such law, the president can veto it, and the supreme court can throw it out if it finds that the bylaw violates any constitutionally protected right. Each human being has the right to a government where all government positions are elected offices, and where each office holder can refuse to implement any change in the bylaws until his office is up for reelection, and then if reelected can refuse to implement it again. Each human being has the right to create its own political organization or to join any political organization that will have it as a member, and to lobby to create a new government or to change the bylaws of any existing govbernment. Each human being has the right to a government where each member including each elected official, has the right to refuse to implement any bylaw that it does not agreee with, but not the right to violate or refuse to respect any right protected by the constitution. Each human being has the right when serving on a jury to judge both the law and the facts of the case, and to aquit the defendant when the latter has violated a law that one does not agree with. Each human being has the right to seceede from any government organization if it does not approve of the latter's constitution, or bylaws, and the right to create its own government organization or join any other government organization, and to take all its property with it. Each human being has the right to refuse to be a member of any one government, and the right to instead be self governed and set its own rules for the use of its own property or attach itself and its property to any competing government, as long as it doesn't block any public right of way, and doesn't violate the individual autonomy, entrepreneurial liberty or private property of any other individual. Each human being has a right to create its own chartered organization, and to try to recruit voluntary members for the latter but no right to amend the charter or bylaws of an existing government organization without full consensus among all the present members of the latter. Each human being has the right to notify and put on a jury trial anyone who violated any of its universal unalienable rights at a specific time and location; to arrest, sentence and punish in accordance with the sentence anyone convicted by a jury of its peers of such a violation; and to create a government to assist with such prosecution, apprehension, sentencing and punishment. Each human being has the right to create any organization or government that expands its membership by popular support. Each human being has the right to accept donations. Each human being has the right to sell and to create a government that sells certificates of exoneration, holding others including victims of rights violating laws, to be exonerated and promising to lobby or vote for redress. Each human being has the right to by rights respecting means force each and every government to abide by this declaration of universal unalienable rights. Each human being has the right to by rights respecting means work to get rights respecting individuals elected to every office in every geographic governmental entity. Each human being has the right to establish new governments in areas not already incorporated and to otherwise change, enlarge, reduce, combine or split geographic governmental areas by majority vote in the areas who's borders are affected. Each human being has the right to incorporate its own property as a new town and city, or affix it to any adjacent existing town or city, both by unilateral notification if it is not already part of such existing entity, and otherwise to remove it from an existing town or city by unilateral notification of such intent, or by majority vote within the latter town or city. Each human being has the right when incorporating its own property as a new town or city, to unilaterally draw up a charter for the new town or city. Each human being has the right to organize elections, referendums and recall elections, in any existing geographic governmental area, anywhere. Each human being has the right to by petition include an initiative on the ballot. Each human being has the right to by petition collect enough signatures to pass an otherwise rights respecting bylaw, Each human being has the right to create a new charter and a new voluntary government but not the right to change the constitution of an existing voluntary government organization as long as there is any individual member who oppose the change. Each human being has the right to run for any elected government office, at its own cost, anywhere, anytime. Each human being has the right to move at its own cost. Each human being has the right to register to vote in any election anywhere, by unilateral notification of intent to vote. Each human being has the right to register to vote in any area that it selects to settle in, or happens to be traveling through on election day. Each human being has the right to register to vote by showing up in person at any voting station and electronically registering its fingerprints and without giving any name, address or any other information. Each human being has the right to vote by showing up in person at any voting station and showing that its finger prints does not show up on the electronic list of those that already have voted in the same election. Each human being has the right to travel freely at its own cost, and to register to vote and to vote in any election in any area that it happens to be living in or travelling through. Each human being has the right to create a government that keeps, checks and publishes voter registration lists so to secure that no voter registers to vote or votes twice in the same election. Each human being has the right to create a government that makes it easy for any observer to count the number of people that show up and give a different set of finger prints so that this number can be matched with the number of votes casted and counted, but so that no finger prints can be matched with any particular vote one way or another. The right to create a government where finger prints are read electronicaly at each election station and where anyone with a set of finger prints that does not show up on the list of those who have voted yet, can turn in a sealed envelope with his or her vote, and then have the finger prints added to the list of finger prints belonging to those who have voted. Each human being has the right to monitor elections, voter registration, finger printing, ballotting and the counting of votes to see that any election for any government office is faire and square, and that the number of votes matches the number of people who showed up and gave their finger prints. Each human being has the right to organize and operate a shadow government while in opposition. Each human being has the right to operate a government office as long as it is elected to it, and isn't recalled. Each human being has the right at all times, while in office or not, to enforce liberty by means of liberty in liberty. Each human being has the right while in office to enforce liberty by means of liberty in liberty, or be recalled and impeached. Each human being has the right to petition for redress for just grievances and if all other more prudent means of redress have been denied: then the right to institute a new government. Each human being has the right to seceede from any government organization claiming to represent or rule it, and to take his or her property with him when seceeding, and the right not to be punished in any way for such an action. Each human being has the right when all other more prudent means have not led to respect for its rights, to then institute establish and enforce a new more rights respecting government so to better enforce redress for just grievances. Each human being has the right when all more prudent means for implementing redress for just grievances, have been denied, then, to establish and enforce a new, more rights respecting government. Each human being has the right when all other more prudent means for implementing redress for just grievances have been denied and have not led to respect for its rights, to then institute establish and enforce a new more rights respecting government.
