THE ACTUAL PETITION: PETITION ACKNOWLEDGING TRYGVE BAUGE'S RIGHT TO RETURN TO BOULDER COLORADO AND DEVELOP HIS ROCKY MOUNTAIN LIFE EXTENSION CENTER, (cryonic facility, health retreat, club cabin and home office) AND INSTRUCTING THE IMMIGRATION AND NATURALIZATION SERVICE AND THE TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF NEDERLAND TO BACK OFF (and to void their past deportation order and the ordinance banning cryonics.) 1. I acknowledge Trygve Bauge's right to contract by mutual consent with individual American citizens, and individual American citizens' right to contract by mutual consent with him, without interference by any third party as long as no other individual's rights are violated. I instruct my government and every government official representing me, to respect this right, and to enforce it without violating it. 2. I acknowledge Aud Morstol's and Trygve Bauge's right to develop a life extension center, cryonic facility, health retreat, club cabin and home office on their property in Nederland Colorado, as long as no other property is physically entered without the owner's prior consent. I instruct my government and every government official representing me, to respect this right, and to enforce it, without violating it. 3. I acknowledge Aud Morstol's and Trygve Bauge's right to travel freely, undocumented and unrestricted, to and from their property, as long as they travel at their own cost and along established easements and public right of ways. I instruct my government and every government official representing me to reverse the I.N.S. order that was used to deport Trygve Bauge. 5. I instruct my government and every government official representing me to reverse the Nederland ordinance banning cryonics. 6. I instruct my government and every government official representing me (a) to strike and reverse the Nederland zoning administrator's decision against cryonics, (b) to strike and reverse the Nederland building inspector's revocation of Trygve's building permit, and (c) to order the town to drop any legal proceedings it has pending in court related to Aud Morstoel's property. 7. I instruct my government and every government official representing me to pass constitutional amendments making any ban on free undocumented travel and trade, any ban on cryonics, any threat to confiscate, thaw out and cremate the cryonically suspended and any zoning law, making any such action: a felony crime against humanity, and to acknowledge in the amendments that any victim of such actions can sue in federal court and is entitled to redress, full compensation, tripple punitive damages and attorney's fees. 8. I instruct my government and every government official representing me to monitor the I.N.S.'s and the town of Nederland's compliance with this petition and to force the I.N.S. and the trustee's for the town of Nederland to comply with the petition and to respect the rights I have acknowledged above.
