My long run plans are still to complete the life extension center in Nederland Colorado, and then use that as a home base while building still better life extension centers in freeports around the world, providing a variety of life extending services including rejuvenating routines, nuclear war protection, and cryonics. I call upon local communities to declare themselves to be a SANCTUARY and to pass this suggested resolution: SANCTUARY RESOLUTION The city/county/state of (fill in blank:)_____________________ hereby resolves to be an official sanctuary. The local/state police/sheriff is instructed not to assist the immigration and naturalization service (I.N.S.) or any of its agents. Foreign born residents shall be assumed to be staying here under contract with local citizens. In the absence of any felony/crime by the foreign born individual, the use of force to disrupt such a contract shall be a local/municipal/county/state infraction.
