They sustained the zoning administrator's earlier political decision against cryonics in Nederland. They have basically socialized the use of private property, and done away with the rule of law, and act as though cryonics is outlawed as long as it is not explicitly listed as permitted under the law, or explicitly sanctioned by the town trustees, never mind that it wasn't listed explicitly as outlawed either until they tried to ban it post defacto, and that religious ventures can not be outlawed in any zoning classification thanks to the 1st amendment. Even their own zoning code permits that smaller ventures be run out of private homes, something most of the neighbors are also doing. However, the trustees seem set to use their political positions to violate my rights. What is needed here is stronger respect for private property, we need to take away from the politicians the power to meddle in the use of private property, only then can individuals be safe in their own property rights.
