Livable, affordable ways of overcoming the main causes of death, is what I have spent my life researching, integrating, preparing and testing. I attempt to focus, shelter and set free the most life extending efforts. To make available highly life extending treatments at a cost that most people can afford, to greatly expand upon human life-expectancy, will take lots of medical, scientific and entrepreneurial breakthroughs. Historically and logically this can best be done in a free society where individuals can travel and trade freely at their own cost. Entrepreneurial liberty is the most life extending frame of action. Individual longevity can best be accomplished within a system of entrepreneurial liberty. Life extension and entrepreneurial liberty go hand in hand. To reach high goals one has to make one's path obey one's goal. To achieve liberty one has to practice liberty. To implement the highest most life extending goals I have to practice and make the most of what I propose, including life extending medical treatments, entrepreneurial liberty and nuclear war proof medical facilities. To greatly extend life for myself, clients and others I care about, I can not afford to comply with or otherwise sanction zoning laws, work permits, visas, passports, customs or the disgraceful concentration camps for aliens that now blemishes so many nations. Quite frankly I can do more in Liberty among equally free individuals, than I can do in a protectionist society. A CALL FOR REDRESS I practice what I preach to the extent I can afford it. As a result I have become a draft resister; a visaless alien; an uncensored speaker; an uninvited user of public right of ways; an unlicensed entrepreneur, driver and health practitioner; a black marketeer; a tax avoider and whatever else one is these days when one practices what used to be called a universal unalienable right to individual liberty and personal freedom! Over the years government officials have violated more of my rights than I have had violated by all other thugs combined! Past government transgressions and government officials' continued power to transgress are the biggest threats to my own life extension! For as long as I remember, government officials have attempted to rob me of my life, liberty and property, preventing me from focusing on my own profession and from reinvesting my own value creation in my own honest life extending pursuits. I object to the many attempts at robbing me of my life, liberty and property! I object to the unjust attempts at hampering my free and honest pursuit of longevity! All I want is to be free to do my best to extend my own life by honest means in entrepreneurial liberty and among equally free men and women, everywhere. If you think that is too much to ask, then get the hell out of the way! I call for redress not just for myself but for everyone else too, who's rights have been tramped upon! I am calling for redress for everyone who has been jailed or prosecuted for what no one ever should be prosecuted for: the honest practice of entrepreneurial liberty! Why should I spend a life time trying to focus, develop and shelter still more life extending efforts, why should I create value, when government officials at their own whim at any time can threaten me, falsely arrest me, rob me, libel me, shut me down and order me deported as they already repeatedly have done? I am up against some important challenges. I am short on time. Life extension is a hard enough challenge in itself even when life, liberty and property rights are respected. I can not afford to live in a police state or in any unfree protectionist society. I have to enforce entrepreneurial liberty before I can fully create the best long run future for myself and those I care for. I can create more by honest means in liberty than anyone can ever steal or expropriate under any more unfree system! Let us separate government and the market place the same way we separate government and religion! Let us separate government and health care, let us separate government and education and let us separate government and production, travel and trade, so that government officials can no longer meddle in these endeavors without drawing lengthy felony convictions! Let us add enough checks and balances to force our government to be fully rights respecting. Let us force our government to stop redistributing wealth. Let us limit it to enforcing rights by rights respecting means. Let us force its hand so it goes on limiting itself! Let us cut the claws on every government so that it no longer matters who are in office, because they lack the power to do harm. That is what I am asking in redress. I am pursuing liberty in court. However, I have become increasingly aware that some of our courts do not provide honesty, truth, reason, adequate deliberation, liberty, justice nor redress for just grievances, but rather seem to have a vested interest in perpetuating injustice! Rather than fighting every injustice and every individual government transgression in court, and being caught up in an overwhelming number of individual rights violations that the courts do not presently offer redress for, there must be a more effective way of getting redress for just grievances?! I have decided that the best way to cut the Gordian knot, is to write and incorporate a charter that enumerates entrepreneurial liberty as a universal unalienable right and otherwise provides enough means to enforce liberty by means of liberty, in liberty, world wide! The best way to enumerate liberty, to summarize one's call for redress and to enforce both liberty and redress; is through the integration and implementation of a constitutional charter and a bill of rights. I am working on such a charter! I have one here! Let us incorporate an international political organization. Let us buy ocean going ships, and later mountains and deserts that no one else sees much value in. Let us set each other free of one another, through constitutionally chartered organizations, each checked and balanced so to best enforce its own bill of rights. Let us create new societies where all are safe in their lives and properties and every rightsrespecting individual is free to come and go at one's own cost and volition, free to live and work unlicensed, undocumented and unencumbered by zoning laws, taxes and duties, and free to excel at whatever one's own honest profession. Let us drain all more protectionist nations of their best and brightest. And we will turn even the most desolate areas into prosperous free ports where everyone is free to succeed in joy or fail in pain solely as a function of one's own efforts or lack of such!
