Sudden relief, a sense of surplus, increased awareness of the
present as a celebration stemming from within; and a will to
recreate, maintain and improve upon the momentum, and to celebrate
it with a symphony of life!
I am me: my total past, present and future experience of being,
I am also that part of my brain that receives, reviews, enjoys and
acts upon my: sense input, thoughts, wills and other inner
feedback.
There comes a time when a human being discovers itself to be a
highly self-sustaining, self-improving, self-made soul system;
likes what it sees and rather than being a function of its heritage
and environment, henceforth molds both and itself to its own
specifications.
Active life extension is what life is all about!
Active life extension is an ongoing reality, the most complex and
the most self-improving integration around, and the essence of
life.
Life extension is an inborn will. One can ignore it and frustrate
it or one can formulate it and attempt to improve upon its
implementation!
To focus and shelter the most life extending efforts, to earn a
longer future than earning it consumed, to produce something more
than what it cost to produce it in the first place, to maximize
values; in other words to make a profit as measured by life
extension, that is what life is all about!
High goals are integrations, integrations take time, the longer
one's active life the higher the integrations one can accomplish
if one cares to do one's best.
Life itself is a life extending integration and the most life
extending form of life is the highest integration.
Lasting personal happiness is the utmost reward for successful
life extension at its best and the highest integration or goal that
any individual can hold for itself.
Happiness is a resonance of the mind.
Happiness is: when there is no contradiction between desire, will
& action!
The more you can take into account of your past, present and
future, and still be happy, or still have no contradiction between
your desires, wills and actions; the happier you are!
Happiness is an integration, higher forms of happiness take more
integration, integrations take time, the more time you have to
integrate or the longer your life, the more advanced the
integrations and the higher the happiness you can achieve!
Active life extension when successfully pursued, gives a person
the most time to expand one's integrations and has the potential
to become the highest, most advanced, far reaching and lasting
integration of desire, will and action, or goal and source of
happiness!
If you frustrate your will to go on living you are not as happy
as you would have been if you had not been acting in opposition to
or at odds with your inborn will to build health and longevity.
The highest form of happiness can only be reached and sustained
by not frustrating one's inborn will to build health and longevity,
anything less would constitute a contradiction between or within
one's desires, wills and actions.
The highest kind of happiness: joy or grace, is the complete
absence of any contradiction between will, desire and action, while
with the uttermost awareness of one's past, present and future,
knowing to the best of one's knowledge that one is pursuing the
most life extending of the paths one knows to give longevity.
The highest is to integrate all one's desires, wills and actions
under one overall will to best extend one's life!
The highest is to pursue for oneself happiness furthermost into
the future, of the highest kind, and the most consistently in
between, while not neglecting to take time out to instantly enjoy
and celebrate new strong starts and high achievements along the
road.
Instant gratification is not the highest, nor is high
life-straining achievements, but that doesn't mean that one should
abstain from these kind of happiness, it only means that one should
opt for long run happiness, or happiness furthermost into the
future, in that frame opt for the highest peaks of joyful
achievements, within the above setting try to sustain well being
and a good mood, and otherwise have as much fun as one can get away
with!
Joy is a celebration stemming from within: a hard fought
achievement, then sudden relief and success before one has run out
of energy and resources, leading to increased awareness of the
present, and best enhanced and celebrated by a symphony of life:
life extending actions, the strongest health building routines and
by maintaining a continuous life extending momentum.
Not just is longevity a prerequisite for integrating and
implementing the highest integrations and thus the highest goals,
but one has to discover, formulate, cultivate, improve upon and
honor one's inbound life extending will in order to preempt
frustrations and reach the highest levels of happiness.
Mental pain does not accumulate with age. The pain that sometimes
accompanies memories, is not a function of the past but a function
of inner conflict over how to handle the near future. Solve the
immediate inner conflicts among your wills, and you can recall any
memory without pain.
Life itself is an existing and objective goal, an ongoing
life-extending pursuit, and something one can frustrate or succeed
at, either way it serves as an objective value, a foundation for
a moral, legal and economic system against what one can judge
everything as being good and life extending or bad and deadly!
Life is not just a subjective value among other equally
subjective value systems, but an objective reference against which
all values can be compared and judged!
Active life extension is not a subjective or whimsical choice,
but a given, ongoing objective reality, that one either frustrates
or lives up to, either way it serves as a given objective rational
foundation or key for a system of values and as a foundation for
an objective system of law.
Values are not just questions of randomly selected desires;
joy or grace is the highest desire, the highest form of happiness;
and it can only be reached by the uttermost pursuit of longevity,
anything else constitute spiritual darkness and a frustration of
one's life or inbound life extending process.
"Why live? Why go on living?" is a question of identifying what
oneself is all about and paying heed to it; it is an ongoing
process that either is frustrated and exhausted or given precedence
by cultivation.
People get started on all kind of interests and creative thought
flows, and often get caught up in something else that frustrates
whatever their established wills and interests, but success and
opposition both offer an opportunity to take stock, to let go, and
to discover, identify and refocus on what really counts: the
objective essence of one's own life itself!
When people don't experience a strong will to go on living, when
people don't see a reason to live, or when they see reasons to die,
their lack of will or their will conflict does not make life a
random and subjective value, but their conflict rather constitutes
an example of self destructive and deadly and thus morally wrong
behavior: a failure to formulate, recall, desire and identify with
a healthy, happy and life extending life.
Once one has experienced high integrations and the happiness and
joy that comes with such, the hope of recreating such heights is
enough to make one endure any pain; but even when there is no
longer any hope of removing pain, and even if a will to die
appears, such despair does not remove life as the objective value,
but only points to one's own failure or temporary failure at
pursuing life, or at identifying and pursuing life as the objective
goal.
Active life extension is the only objective free standing goal.
Objectively active life extension is the highest goal, the only
objective free standing goal; other goals are either objective
means to this goal, subjective free standing goals at odds with it,
or means to the latter.
To the extent there is a wide selection of apparently equally
life extending options, or a conflict as to what offers the longest
active life extension; this does not create alternative objective
goals, but indicate either at the best, alternative paths to the
highest goal, or at the worst, a muddled mind that has failed to
adequately calculate a solution to its own mental conflicts.
Aging, large scale warfare, anarchy, government transgressions,
diseases, natural catastrophes, accidents and personal life style
choices including failure to properly prepare or improve upon one's
own life extension, are some of the main threats to the continued
life of any human being.
Dangers can be grouped together by the means necessary to
overcome them.
By improving general means rather than just addressing specific
dangers one can overcome groups of dangers including unforeseen
dangers within each group.
The best way to protect individual life is to protect individual
autonomy for all; and respect for individual autonomy and the
implied entrepreneurial liberty of each individual, as universal
unalienable rights, is at the same time the most flexible and
growth giving legal and economic system; thus the safest system is
also the freest system.
Without respect for individual autonomy including individual
life, entrepreneurial liberty and private property, or life and the
best means of sustaining it; everyone's life is in danger!
Without respect for individual autonomy, there is no safety for
life, liberty and property.
To greatly extend life we have to create a lot of breakthroughs
in science, medicine, engineering, production and supporting
fields.
Logically and historically there is only one legal, political and
economical system that sets human beings free to each pursue one's
own longevity and permits and enables the highest value maximizing,
without being a threat to anyone's longevity; there is only one
system that best enables man to improve his lot; protects us from
anyone who will sacrifice our lives, liberty, property and efforts;
and best enables human beings individually and culturally to
maximize values; and that system is called constitutionally
enforced entrepreneurial liberty or laissez-faire capitalism, also
known as Jeffersonian Liberty, the effective unhampered
entrepreneurial use of private property, open roads, free speech
and free trade;- the practical implementation of which is: the free
travel and trade zone with its constitutionally protected
entrepreneurial liberty for all.
The larger free travel and trade zones we can create the better
off we will all be!
If we are to greatly extend our lives we can't afford anything
less than full fledged world wide laissez-faire capitalism.
There is no better way to protect and extend one's own life, than
through the uttermost respect for and utilization of: individual
life, entrepreneurial liberty and separate property.
To greatly extend one's own life one needs to be free among
equally free individuals not just for the protection for one's own
liberty that stems from letting others be free, but also based on
the fact that one can accomplish so much more in liberty among free
individuals than one can accomplish among less free beings in a
more unfree society!
The most life extending ventures are often complex high tech
undertakings that it takes many years to integrate, finance and
implement.
To carry out such ventures takes not just an ability to calculate
validly still better ways to still higher goals, but also the
integrity to implement what is right and a valid expectation off
and trust in that governments and thugs won't interfere and prevent
its completion and use.
To effectively extend your life, solve problems and improve
yourself, you need to be free of duties, free to travel at your own
cost, free to trade by mutual consent, free to use your own
property as you please, and to return to the latter without finding
it used, expropriated, zoned, robbed or ruined without your prior
consent.
Longevity is dependent upon advanced entrepreneurial ventures
that it takes a long time to plan and implement; and to greatly
extend one's own life one needs: -- to be free to plan, to start
projects, to travel, speak, express oneself and trade without being
defrauded or forcefully robbed, one needs to not be unjustly
detained or detained for exercising one's rights or over victimless
actions, and one needs to be free to pursue private property the
use of which has not been zoned, or otherwise restricted or
regulated and one needs to be free to return to one's property and
to find it and the tools thereon still undisturbed as one left
them, or at least not used without one's prior permission; --so to
be free to continue one's projects to the extent of one's own
ability and that of volunteers one agree to join up with, and
without blocking the same autonomy and liberty for others or
oneself.
To effectively calculate and implement still more life extending
solutions you need to be able to count on respect for
entrepreneurial liberty including your own rights!
To greatly extend one's own life one needs liberty in the form
of respect for: individual autonomy, first claims, freedom of
travel, freedom of trade, freedom of contract, private property,
freedom of religion, speech and assembly and the highest standards
of due process including the right to trial by jury in all cases.
All conflicts are better resolved by right than by group
decision.
To greatly extend life we are dependent upon the flexibility of
private owners having full control of their own property. Our lives
are threatened by zoning laws, license and permit requirements that
are not based on first claims but upon government regulation, and
the politicizing of issues that are better resolved by right.
Life extension and the most life extending principles of right
should be given precedence over all other special interests.
Political issues should not be treated as free standing, but only
be addressed within a framework of the most life extending
principles of liberty.
If there is a challenge or a problem, then do the best to address
it without violating liberty, and leave it at that.
Environmental issues like pollution are better treated as issues
of trespassing, than as an issue of licenses and permits.
And the environment is better preserved or reclaimed by private
trusts than as a playground for government intervention.
Liberty is based not upon long run contractual duties, but upon
the flexibility of trading only what one already owns and is ready
to immediately deliver, and demand and receive full payment for
immediately upon delivery.
The concept of universal unalienable rights is based on the fact
that over a long life one is likely to confront most conflicts from
both sides of any table, and that one is best off by finding
general principles for handling each conflict, principles that
gives the best long run solution independent of what side of a
conflict one temporarily is on.
Life extension go hand in hand with honesty, truth, reason,
entrepreneurial liberty, rightrespect, justice, the uttermost
respect for life, and with restraint so not to cause death.
Individual infractions like a white lie, the stealing of an apple
or a bike, or infractions like a small customs fee, that are minor
when seen individually, nevertheless create a precedence that
create a lot of damage if condoned and applied by more people and
to more situations or by society in general.
White lies and dishonesty in general make it much harder to
calculate validly what is, what was and how still higher goals best
can be reached, and thus to interpret, get respect for and
implement the most life extending rights and legal decisions.
Small government infractions if not cracked down upon, tend to
multiply and can easily ruin the lives of their victims.
The police state is the worst threat to justice. And some of its
signs are: too many laws, too many jails, too many police officers,
a dishonest police, specialized or administrative courts,
differential treatment under the law for different groups and a
lowering of the standards of due process in general or in
specialized cases.
To reach high goals one has to make one's path obey one's goal,
so that one doesn't get side tracked or waste one's time
establishing hard to overcome decisions, priorities, actions,
habits, systems, precedences and vested interests that run counter
to the goal itself.
And rather than trying to force one's own will in every conflict,
one has to respect the entrepreneurial liberty of others too.
In other words, to become free and rich, one has to let other
people be free and rich too, or one just establishes a precedence
that comes back to haunt and blocks one's own growth in the
slightly longer run.
The life extending libertarian can be used as an economic model
replacing the older economic concepts of the profitable man and the
caring woman. Such a model takes into account that life extension
and long run happiness constitute the yardstick for when (monetary
profit or) other actions are of value, making the latter at its
best but a means to life extension.
People's actions are influenced by their motives, and an economic
model based on personal life extension would provide a better key
to valuable actions, than any model based solely on monetary
profit, or upon caring for others.
The highest monetary value maximizing by honest rights respecting
means would still be the most life extending means in most
circumstances, as long as the task at hand and the frame of action
are the most life extending in the first place; in other words: go
for the most life extending and be as profitable as possible at
it, for the best overall results!
The highest kinds of happiness are dependent upon that one can
successfully accomplish highly life extending achievements before
one run out of energy and resources. When the government or others
make it too hard to accomplish life extending ventures at a surplus
or at a profit, then this is a threat both to one's life extension
and to one's achievement of happiness and joy, and something that
one has to correct before one can best grasp towards the longest
happiest life!
Rather than toil under the burdens, obstacles and threats imposed
by a protectionist police state and unfree society, it is important
to first establish entrepreneurial liberty, so that one safely,
freely and the easiest can pursue one's own longevity and
happiness!
Though liberty is an integral part of the solution it is just the
first step or rather the frame of action, within which those who
care to do their best, best can extend their own lives.
Rights are principles for drawing domain lines among people. Only
the most life extending among suggested rights, are rights.
The most life extending principles that draw domain lines among
individuals, are called rights. Pure entrepreneurial liberty is a
systematic adherence to the most life extending suggested
(principles of right or) rights formulations. Less life extending
suggestions are not right nor rights.
Government intervention in the market or Protectionism, is an
attempt at letting some people get a free ride to lower goals at
the cost of blocking the highest for all of us!
Under entrepreneurial liberty everyone is free to pursue one's
own longevity, to trade what is one's own for what is other's, by
mutual consent with any volunteering owner, and to only close on
any trade when one see no more gainful alternative, something that
in the absence of fraud and bad judgement secures mutual gain and
prevents the one way drains of protectionism, taxation,
expropriation and other barbaric systems of injustice.
Non profit ventures are a one way drain and a waste of resources
unless they are highly life extending and enjoyable for the
individuals who finance them. If the recipient of a service or
product don't see it of value to pay enough for it to cover its
cost of production and a return on investment equal to or better
than what could have been made elsewhere, or if the recipient sees
it of value to pay, but can't pay and isn't enabled by the product
to pay such a price for it, then it is a non profit or low profit
venture, a waste of resources and a one way drain on the
individuals financing it. And everyone involved would be better
off with a more mutually profitable alternative.
We would all be better off if all the people living off
protectionist schemes, government taxes, theft and various hand
outs, instead were honestly and gainfully employed in the private
sector, achieving their sustenance not by inflicting losses upon
their fellow human beings, but by engaging with others in
rightsrespecting, voluntary and mutually gainful transactions.
Unbridled or pure entrepreneurial liberty doesn't guarantee
success, but when respected it enables each individual to fail in
pain or succeed in joy, solely as a function of that individual's
own efforts or lack of such!
Don't judge people on their misery, judge them on how easily they
could have risen above their conditions, if they had cared to do
their best.
Some people will mess up their own lives under any legal,
political and economic system and each system should not be judged
on its poor and weak, but on how easily anyone who cares to do
one's best can rise above misery, and excel (under the system)
beyond what is possible under any other social system, and without
blocking even higher heights for anyone else who cares to excel
even more!
Entrepreneurial liberty is an objective legal, political and
economic system based on the objective goal of individual life
extension.
The objective of rational life extension and of a rational legal
system, is not to provide welfare, to redistribute wealth or
otherwise to burden anyone, but rather to respect and enforce the
liberty under which those who care to do their best can do their
best; the goal is not to provide longevity for anyone, but to
respect and enforce the liberty under which those who care to do
their best can best succeed in the pursuit of longevity.
There is also the question of the objective esthetic value of
liberty, not just that one likes and prefers to be free among
equally free human beings, but that such liberty doesn't frustrate
one's life extension and happiness but is an integral part of the
latter and thus by reason is found more enjoyable or more
inducive of relief, happiness and joy than the alternative.
Entrepreneurial liberty can be misused, but it is also our most
life extending option, there is no future in abandoning liberty.
Entrepreneurial liberty and the arms race are inseparable.
As we progress we will increase our ability to cause destruction.
To best survive we have to find a way to survive liberty without
violating the latter. This can be done by private means including
state of the art nuclear war proof life extension centers.
Only by respecting entrepreneurial liberty can we best bring
about longevity, and only by making our shelter race keep up with
the arms race, can we survive our own liberty.
Any country that fails to properly shelter itself against the
misuse of our worst weapons systems, will ultimately fall to
others' or its own use of such systems.
When it comes to individual and cultural survival, what is needed
is not protectionism and an unsheltered arms race, but
constitutionally protected entrepreneurial liberty and a race to
privately shelter our most life extending efforts. A still larger
federation of free travel and trade zones, where individuals are
free to focus and shelter themselves and their own most life
extending means, is what that is needed.
The means to overcome all danger groups, can be summarized in a
total approach to all dangers.
A total approach to all dangers can be given a specific
implementation in a goal realizing concept.
A nuclear war-proof, constitutionally chartered, medical research
park, clinic and spa is one of the more life extending goal
realizing concepts.
Even more life extending would be a freeport expanding around
such private life extension centers.
And the most life extending would be a still larger federation
of freeports, a still larger free travel and trade zone where
anyone can travel, trade and use one's own property freely,
unlicensed and undocumented and without anyone's permission.
To implement the most life extending projects takes a good task
system, a venture plan, or rather a good collection of venture
plans.
Developing life extending venture plan models is my profession.
I have one here!
I have set out to plan, publish, implement and use
still more life extending life extension centers, chartered under
entrepreneurial liberty and sheltered against nuclear wars and
lesser dangers.
That is what I have to offer!
